A planned observatory in Southern Ontario featuring multiple public telescopes and powered entirely by renewable energy sources. Designed to be the largest off-grid commercial building in North America and to house Canada's most powerful telescope.

A telescope design developed in collaboration between Frank Roy and a Pennsylvanian company, which inspired the concept for the Madawaska Highlands Observatory.
