A renewable energy technology that harnesses the potential energy of flowing water to generate electrical power. The Niagara Tunnel Project uses water from the Niagara River to drive turbines at the Sir Adam Beck Generating Station.

An infrastructure project that connects the Niagara River to the Sir Adam Beck hydroelectric generation complex to expand renewable energy production in Ontario. The project has existed in some form since 1922 and represents a major expansion of the province's hydroelectric capacity.
