An integrated facility combining a 2.2 GW wind farm, 250 MW electrolyzer array, and methanol synthesis facility to produce green hydrogen and low-carbon methanol. The project co-locates the entire value chain on-site to reduce handling and improve efficiency.

Sinopec's first renewable hydrogen production project, located in Kuqa City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Construction began in 2021 and is approximately 80% complete.
