Peru’s port authority has greenlit the country’s first integrated green hydrogen and ammonia export terminal in Majes, Arequipa, backed by a USD 540 million investment. The facility will combine renewable electrolysis, desalination, cryogenic storage and monobuoy export to open new low-carbon fuel corridors.
