Ammonia production via artificial photosynthesis, powered by sunlight and novel molecular catalysts (molybdenum and iridium).

Improved ammonia synthesis process operating at 20 bar (vs 200 bar) and ~350°C (vs 500°C), using breakthrough ammonia separation (sorbent-based reactor, patent pending) and potentially non-iron catalysts (e.g., manganese nitride hints). Enables 50% lower CapEx, 10-40% opex savings, up to 80% conversion, modular 250 tons/day units.

Uses lithium ions/elements and renewable electricity to break N2’s triple bond at ambient temperatures and pressures.
