An innovative hydrogen production system that separates electrochemical reduction from hydrogen generation into two distinct stages, enabling hydrogen production at high pressures with intermittent renewable energy sources. The beta-stage prototype has demonstrated continuous operation at pressures exceeding 100 bar.
