A modular high-pressure direct injection fuel system that enables internal combustion engines to operate on hydrogen as a primary fuel source. The system achieves near-100% CO2 reductions compared to diesel engines while maintaining range, performance, and drivability comparable to traditional diesel powertrains. The hydrogen variant leverages the proven core architecture of HPDI systems already deployed in over 10,000 Volvo trucks operating on LNG and bioLNG.

An established and commercially proven high-pressure direct injection fuel system for liquefied natural gas and bio-LNG applications. Over 10,000 Volvo trucks are equipped with this technology, providing a proven platform from which the hydrogen variant has been developed.
