A waste management technology that burns garbage to generate energy, proposed as a solution for handling approximately 700,000 tons of trash annually in the Greater Vancouver region.

Retrofit of Metro Vancouver's existing Waste to Energy Facility with Covanta's trademark emissions control technology to reduce nitrogen oxides emissions. The project achieved a 53% reduction in facility emissions since 2015.
