TÜV SÜD, the global certification powerhouse out of Germany, just rolled out a fresh set of hydrogen safety certification programs at this year’s World Hydrogen Summit 2025 in Rotterdam—and they’re making some serious waves in the industry.

There’s a dedicated H2-Readiness Certification focused on testing infrastructure materials, a Fuel Cell Systems Certification based on IEC 62282 standards, and a thorough Electrolyzer Certification aligned with ISO 22734 guidelines.
